Argentina’s embassy to China said on Tuesday that President Alberto Fernandez is considering the purchase of JF-17 “Thunder” fighter jets from China — three months after a deal for JF-17s fell apart and Fernandez said his government would not buy any military aircraft in the near future.

U.N. Investigators Find More Evidence Assad Used Chlorine Gas on Civilians

United Nations war crimes investigators reported on Wednesday they have uncovered more evidence that Syrian dictator Bashar Assad used chlorine gas weapons against civilians on three occasions — one of them in the northwestern province of Idlib, where the U.N. fears Assad and his Russian allies will soon massacre civilians in a massive assault.
