President Trump Introduces Head of the Opportunity and Revitalization Council

“I’ve been able to play on a lot of teams: San Diego, Washington, Denver… but this is the greatest team because we have the opportunity to make a generational impact,” said former NFL player Scott Turner at the White House’s Opportunity Zone conference on Wednesday.

Turner is now the Executive Director of the White House Opportunity & Revitalization Council. The locations named during the event this week direct large tax incentives and government investments to help underserved communities.
