William Bradley, whose blog appears in the Huffington Post, heaped massive praise on the book Clinton Cash, the explosive exposé of the Clinton Foundation’s global nexus of influence peddling, marking the second time in as many days that the chronically pro-Hillary Clinton and famously anti-Trump outlet has touted a well-established Breitbart News narrative.
Describing the news site as “borderline psychotic,” Bradley is no fan of Breitbart News. But he acknowledges that “the single most damaging attack on Clinton in this election cycle” is the New York Times bestselling book Clinton Cash, authored by Breitbart News Senior Editor-at-Large Peter Schweizer.
As for the motion picture adaptation of Clinton Cash, which has been viewed online more than three million times, Bradley calls it “pretty darn good.”
On Sunday, the far-left Huffington Post plastered its frontage with the headline, “Shut It Down,” calling for the closure of the embattled Clinton Foundation.
The Post’s banner linked to a New York Times article that highlighted the slew of unsavory Clinton Foundation donors, who saw their multi-million dollar donations coincide with favorable federal actions while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state.
“The November 8th election really can’t arrive soon enough for Hillary Clinton,” Bradley concludes. It’s a line punctuated by a brazenly bad week for the Democratic presidential candidate.
Calls for the closure of the Clinton Foundation came from decades-long Clinton allies like former Democratic Pennsylvania Governor and longtime Clinton ally Ed Rendell; celebrated left-wing columnists like Jonathan Chait, who wrote “the Clinton Foundation needs to die;” seven months after endorsing her presidential campaign, the Boston Globe editorial board wrote, “Even if they’ve done nothing illegal, the foundation will always look too much like a conflict of interest for comfort.”
The seemingly unending barrage of bad press was followed by Bill Clinton’s announcement Thursday that he will resign from the Clinton Foundation board if Hillary Clinton wins in November. The former president also pledged to stop giving paid speeches, regardless of the outcome of of his wife’s presidential bid.
On Monday morning, team Clinton was left grappling with the news that the FBI found nearly 15,000 previously “undisclosed documents” sent to and from Hillary Clinton on the private email server she used during her tenure at the State Department.
