The New York Times is opening a new London bureau, reports say. The move will coincide with the closing of its Paris office.

The Old Gray Lady has taken offices in the Bloomsbury district in London, The Guardian reported on Friday. Some staffers will relocate from the Paris offices, taking residence in London.

The London offices will continue to cover European news and will become the New York paper’s digital European hub, according to the news outlet.

The Times is expected to close down its offices in Paris–opened in October 2012–once the London offices are up and running.
