MSNBC analyst Joan Walsh compared Barack Obama to the late Nelson Mandela and has tried to “model reconciliation” after the late Nelson Mandela.

MSNBC host Ed Schultz had asked Walsh to reflect on Mandela’s influence on President Barack Obama after speculating that Obama has projected hope like Mandela.
