NYT: 'No One Can Seriously Argue' Iran Deal Makes World Less Safe

On Sunday, the New York Times editorial board endorsed the Obama administration’s agreement with Iran over its nuclear development. The editorial board even labeled Israel the true enemy to peace, and stated, “no one can seriously argue that it doesn’t make the world safer.”

“President Obama and President Hassan Rouhani of Iran deserve credit for resisting fierce domestic opposition and a 30-year history of animosity between the two countries to get to this point,” the paper wrote, as though it were opponents of Iran who are the problem, rather than Iran itself.

But then the Times targeted the true enemy of peaceful resolution: the dastardly Israelis. “A negotiated solution is unquestionably better; it is alarming to hear Israeli politicians reject it in extremist terms and threaten unspecified unilateral action,” the Times writes. The Times does not use the word “extremist” to describe the Ayatollahs who wish to develop nuclear weapon to wipe Israel off the map.
