Tapper Tapped For CNN Prime Time

CNN has named Jake Tapper as Erin Burnett’s replacement host while she is out on maternity leave. 

According to a CNN press release, Tapper will anchor “Erin Burnett Outfront” for the weeks of December 2nd, 9th and 16th, from 7 – 8 PM. according to a press release from CNN. He will continue to host his 4PM show, “The Lead.”

During the holiday weeks of December 23rd, 30th and January 6th, Don Lemon will handle the anchor duties.
