On Wednesday, as Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius testified that the Obamacare exchange website had “never crashed,” CNN undercut that case dramatically with a split screen of the Obamacare website – which was, at that point, inoperative. “The system is down at the moment,” the website stated, as the chyron read, “Sebelius: 2 Weeks ‘Clearly’ Not Enough Testing.”
Sebelius was busy telling the House committee, “I would suggest the website has never crashed. It is functional, but at a very slow speed and very low reliability and has continued to function.”
