On Tuesday, disgraced former Congressman and current New York City mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner admitted to sexting with a woman he met online – and according to the woman, he promised to help her get a job at Politico. The woman also alleged that she and Weiner had phone sex on multiple occasions and sent one another nude photos.
“This was a bad situation for me because I really admired him. Even post scandal, I thought he was misunderstood. Until I got to know him. I thought I loved him. Pretty pathetic,” she told The Dirty. Later, she said, he asked her to destroy evidence of their correspondence.
