I love how Jay Carney spends five minutes attempting to package up a rambly pseudo-answer into sound bite form for Jake Tapper. Tapper is one of few journalists in the White House press pool who are unafraid to ask tough questions of the administration. As a result, Tapper consistently gets the admin on record and the information he obtains is often covered (later) by his competitors.
