Hank Johnson (D, Ga.) expressing his fear that overpopulation on the island of Guam — an American territory with a large military presence — might cause the island to “tip over and capsize,” as if it were a boat. Luckily for the man who retired Cynthia McKinney, Adm. Robert Willard, the commander of the Pacific Fleet, is there to assure him that such a scenario is highly unlikely.
