A left-leaning professor at Stetson University Law School in Florida will offer a course this fall on the Mueller investigation.

According to a report by Campus Reform, Stetson University Law School Professor Ellen Podgor is set to teach a course on the Mueller investigation this upcoming fall.

The course, which is entitled “The Mueller Investigation and Beyond,” will focus on the various aspects of the investigation and its intersecting law school topics such as constitutional law, administrative law and criminal law.

This course explores the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the indictments, criminal informations, plea agreements, and other legal documents and cases coming from this investigation. In the context of this investigation it will examine issues of administrative law, constitutional law, criminal law and procedure, international criminal law, white collar crime, sentencing, and legal ethics.

But Professor Podgor is hardly a neutral observer. In a blog post from November 2018, Podgor revealed her personal feelings about the investigation. “So were there ties to Russia — clearly yes,” she wrote.

Podgor then thanked Robert Mueller for conducting the investigation. “Thank you Special Counsel Mueller for continuing this important investigation.  And for those who claim this is going on for too long —  just remember that white collar cases typically take a long time,” Podgor added.

If that isn’t enough, Podgor has a long history of donating to Democratic candidates including Heidi Heitkamp and Doug Jones.

Some states are standing up against political indoctrination in academia. Breitbart News reported earlier this week that the South Dakota Board of Regents is opening an investigation into leftist indoctrination at their state universities and colleges.

“Exposure to diverse ideas in political, philosophical, scientific, literary, artistic and other disciplines is an important part of that experience. Manipulated indoctrination into any one of them undermines it,” one official argued.
