Federal Judge Orders Biden Admin to Stop Cutting Texas Border Barriers

A federal judge in the Western District of Texas issued a Temporary Restraining Order against the Biden administration prohibiting the “disassembling, degrading, tampering with” border barriers put in place by the State of Texas. The move comes after multiple reports of Border Patrol agents cutting the concertina wire barriers put in place by order of the governor of Texas.

215 Arrested in Texas Anti-Gang Operation

Federal, state, and local law enforcement officers combined to take 215 gang members and affiliates off the streets of San Antonio, Texas. The busts came during a three-month joint law enforcement task force operation that ended on December 18.

An illegal alien who allegedly twice raped his 15-year-old stepdaughter now stands accused of murdering the girl after Obama’s Department of Justice refused to prosecute him on human smuggling charges. ICE officers were never able to deport the man despite a lengthy criminal history that includes charges of assault, burglary, and human smuggling.

A Texas man was sentenced in federal court to spend 25 years in prison after he was convicted of engaging in “illicit sexual contact in a foreign place.” The man was reported to have had sexual contact with at least eight minors who were orphans in an orphanage he managed in Malawi.

The FBI arrested five veteran Texas educators, all present or past employees of the El Paso Independent School District, after a federal grand jury indicted them on fraud charges Wednesday. They stand accused of their involvement in a test-cheating scheme to circumvent federal accountability requirements under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act.

Border Region Probation Officer and Gang Convicted in Child Sex Trafficking Case

An El Paso federal court jury convicted an El Paso County Probation Officer and three other Folk Nation/Gangster Disciples on charges of trafficking a minor female in a sex trafficking case. The men were charged with forcing a 16-year-old girl into prostitution where she was forced to have sex for money with as many as six men per day.

Multi-Agency Raid Targets Barrio Azteca Leadership in El Paso

Dozens of law enforcement raids in the El Paso area have led to the arrest of at least thirty-four people allegedly connected to the Barrio Azteca gang. The arrests stem from a multi-agency task force that obtained indictments on fifty-five individuals on both state and federal charges related to drug dealing, extortion, money laundering and murder. Fifteen people remain at large at this time.
