Backpage.com CEO Now in California to Face Pimping Charges

The CEO of Backpage.com agreed to immediate extradition to California after his arrest in Houston on money laundering and pimping charges. Carl Ferrer was taken into custody on Friday after he arrived at a Houston airport on a flight from Amsterdam. He is now in a California jail.

Exclusive — Officer: Left-Wing Extremists Started Sacramento Riot

A California law enforcement officer speaking exclusively to Breitbart News on condition of anonymity said that the group of 30 permitted demonstrators from the extremist Traditionalist Workers Party were physically attacked Sunday in Sacramento by a group of about 400 protesters organized by a group called By Any Means Necessary (BAMN).

City Attorneys Advise Kevin Johnson Not to Hug People

Despite the fact that a law firm investigating a sexual harassment claim against Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson found it unsubstantiated, the same law firm wrote a memo to the city attorney warning Johnson should “be advised as to how his actions (i.e. hugging and being flirty) are being perceived by some city employees,” and that he should “refrain from hugging or touching anyone in the workplace or at city-related events.”
