After serving nine years in jail for armed robbery, on Thursday O.J. Simpson was awarded a promise of parole by a Nevada parole board. But the decision doesn’t simply end O.J.’s obligations to the Nevada criminal justice system. Simpson still faces years of requirements, any violation of which could send him right back to prison.

Pence In Nevada: We ‘Reserve the Right to Contest or File Legal Challenge in the Case of Questionable Results’

Speaking to hundreds gathered for a rally in Reno, Nevada on Thursday, Republican vice presidential nominee Gov. Mike Pence echoed the words of running mate and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump made earlier that day that the two would, of course, honor a “clear election result,” but they reserved the right to contest questionable results.

Using nearly identical tactics as he did against Mitt Romney during the 2012 presidential election, Reid made unsubstantiated claims about Trump’s tax returns and even invoked the Koch Brothers.
