The California state legislature is considering a bill that would require websites and apps to authenticate the age of every user before allowing them access, a move that lawmakers say is aimed at protecting children, but would in effect end online anonymity in the state.

The APRN resigned shortly after the health center told Breitbart News that her social media post was “contrary” to its mission, and that it was addressing the matter.

Advertisers on Chinese-owned TikTok are reportedly using underhanded tactics to promote payday loans that experts say could violate deceptive advertising laws. At worst, this is a complete scam designed either to take your money or information for fraudulent purposes.”

James O’Keefe’s investigative journalism group Project Veritas has leaked a recording of Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s all-hands meeting with Twitter employees. Pressed by employees on free speech, Musk answered, “I think there’s also, there’s freedom of speech and freedom of reach, so I think people should be allowed to say…pretty outrageous things that are within the balance, the law, but, but then they don’t, you know, get amplified.”
