Insulate Britain has once again blocked a major motorway outside of London on Wednesday, despite the government obtaining an injunction.
Climate extremist group Insulate Britain has defied a court order and blocked the M25 for the sixth time in two weeks, with its spokesman telling Britain to expect “wave after wave” of protesters willing to go to prison for home insulation.
Conservative MP Ben Bradley has said that eco-activists Insulate Britain “want locking up” for disrupting traffic on the M25, which was blamed for the serious injury of an elderly woman suffering from a stroke.
A man has claimed that his 74-year-old mother was paralysed due to late treatment for a stroke because he was stuck in traffic caused by an eco-extremist protest on Britain’s busiest motorway.
