A delegation of three Democrat U.S. Congressmen — Reps. James McGovern (D-MA), Mark Pocan (D-WI), and Troy Carter (D-LA) — traveled to Havana over the weekend to meet with several members of the communist Castro regime and their puppet president Miguel Díaz-Canel.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) violated her own rules for the 117th Congress on Wednesday when she referred to herself as “a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a daughter” on the House floor during the debate regarding the second impeachment of President Donald Trump.
Rep. Tom Cole (R-OK) issued a statement responding to the Speaker Pelosi’s proposed House Rules, calling the package “a blatant and cowardly assault on the voices and views of the Republican minority.”
Nancy Pelosi unveiled the rules for the 117th Congress on Friday, which contain “future-focused” proposals, including the elimination of gendered terms, such as “father, mother, son, and daughter.”
