Barack Obama is not the only Democrat whose views have “evolved” on same sex marriage: Hillary Clinton, who now holds that the Supreme Court should declare a constitutional right to gay marriage, taking the matter away from the states, argued in 2004 for the “sanctity of marriage” and stated she was committed to “the fundamental bedrock principle that exists between a man and a woman.”

Blue State Blues: The Left Bullies Gays Who Like Traditional Marriage

I can’t pretend to have read all 64 of the amicus briefs filed by outside parties in Obergefell v. Hodges, the Supreme Court’s upcoming case on whether there is a federal constitutional right to same-sex marriage. But I have read one brief closely–the one filed by “same-sex attracted men and their wives” against federalizing gay marriage. The logic is compelling, the stories riveting–and that is why the left is terrified of it, calling it “the worst” of “terrible” arguments against gay marriage.

Liberty Is On Defense, and Religious Liberty Is In the Red Zone

Faith is officially regarded as trivial now, a hobby to be practiced quietly in whatever private spaces the State chooses to permit. The case against the RFRA boils down to telling religious people they must set aside their faith if they want to do business, because the State has an interest in every transaction, no matter how small, and there are no valid objections to its moral judgment.

Ted Cruz at CPAC: ‘Demand Action, Not Talk’ From Candidates

Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) addressed an enthusiastic audience on Thursday at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), laying out what sounded like a presidential campaign speech in all but name. Cruz challenged conservative activists to judge him and his potential 2016 competition by their actions, not just their words, and what they had actually done to fight for conservative causes.
