1-in-4 Migrants Deported in Trump’s First Week Not Mexican Nationals

According to Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum, the United States repatriated 5,282 migrants to Mexico during the first seven days following President Donald Trump’s inauguration. During a Thursday morning press briefing, Sheinbaum told reporters that less than 4,500 returnees were Mexican nationals.

Two Violent Criminals Among Migrants Removed by ICE During Thanksgiving Week

Two migrants with violent criminal records were included among a host of migrants removed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) during the Thanksgiving holiday week. According to ICE, the violent offenders were wanted in their home countries for murder and attempted murder in Honduras and Ecuador. The pair of violent offenders were among hundreds removed during the holiday weekend.
