PALMVIEW, Texas –Two women were executed in Texas on a rural road near the U.S.-Mexico border. The motive appears to be a drug dispute in an area controlled by the Mexican Gulf cartel. The women remain unidentified by authorities, however, investigators believe the women are from Mexico.

PIEDRAS NEGRAS, Coahuila — A Mexican appeals court has ordered the release of nine police officers from this border city that had been convicted of working for Los Zetas, the murderous Mexican drug cartel controlling portions of the Texas-Mexico border.

One of Mexico’s largest newspapers has outed a Mexican senator who is also one of the top gubernatorial candidates as having taken money from Mexico’s Gulf Cartel. He is currently one of the favored candidates for next year’s gubernatorial election in Tamaulipas, the Mexican state bordering Texas’ Rio Grande Valley and Laredo sectors.

Mexican news outlets quoting whistle blowers in the Mexican State of Guerrero have reported the discovery of 19 bodies in a mass grave and another with 22 bodies. The Governor’s office in Guerrero has denied the discovery and issued a statement claiming that the information was false and that federal officials have not notified him of their searches.

A Mexican cartel hit man has killed and disposed of the bodies of more than 30 individuals in that country and he is not sorry. The hit man’s logic is that the victim’s were in fact evil who would hurt innocents and the government would not do anything to protect them.

Gulf Cartel gunmen stormed the headquarters of Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office in this border city knocking down the front gate and shooting up the building before making their getaway.

Two narco banners hung in this embattled city launched a new series of threats at Los Zetas and their allies within the state government. The banners also make a threat to the local reporters in this city.

Cartel gunmen kidnapped 21 Mexican migrants that had hoped to cross illegally into Texas. The gunmen had been holding them for ransom for several days in the Mexican border city of Reynosa until the Mexican army rescued them. In a separate raid, authorities arrested 25 other aliens.

A group of heavily armed gunmen stormed a Texas yet another border home as they searched for cash. This time, the gunmen were dressed as cops and held the family for ransom.

In recent months, news outlets and the public in general have fallen in love with Mexican drug lord Joaquin Guzman Loera, better known as “El Chapo”. The Mexican criminal has drawn praise from news organizations, musicians, pundits and others who glorify his criminal empire and business savviness. However, the praise overlooks the dark violent side of the El Chapo.

The ongoing struggle for leadership of the criminal organization known as Los Zetas continues to bring chaos and terror to this city. Ciudad Victoria is about three hours south of the Texas border and it is the state capital of Tamaulipas.
