Former KKK Grand Dragon to be Tried for Capital Murder in Kansas

A Kansas judge ruled that a former grand dragon of the Ku Klux Klan will stand trial for capital murder in the alleged killings of three people. The victims were shot in the parking lot of a Jewish community center and assisted-living facility nearly one-year ago.
