Alfred Hitchcock’s “Psycho” and “Rope” are among the films that Turner Classic Movies has deemed “troubling and problematic,” joining the ranks of Gone with the Wind in a new series called “Reframed: Classic Films in the Rearview Mirror,” which seeks to scrutinize old movies through the lens of today’s identity politics.

Dr. Seuss Movies Gross Hollywood Studios $1.7 Billion as Leftists Push to Cancel the Famed Author

On Monday, President Joe Biden snubbed beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss in his presidential proclamation for “Read Across America Day.” On Tuesday, Dr. Seuss Enterprises announced that it would discontinue the publication of six popular Dr. Seuss books. But from Jim Carrey’s turn as the Grinch in 2000’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas to Benedict Cumberbatch’s 2018 animated role as the grumpy green recluse, films based off of Theodor Seuss Geisel’s classic tomes have netted hundreds of millions of dollars in profits for Hollywood studios over the years.

President Biden dropped Dr. Seuss from Read Across America Day, failing to mention the famed children’s author in his presidential proclamation  — a decision that coincided with six of the beloved author’s books being pulled from publication for “racist and insensitive” depictions.

Free Speech Author: Regressive Left Brands as ‘Hate Speech’ Any Speech They Hate

Freedom of expression advocate Andrew Doyle has criticised the “regressive” left for branding any speech they don’t like as “hate speech”, also warning that in light of police forces being found to have recorded some 120,000 ‘non-crime hate incidents’, that as history teaches us, “once the police start making lists of people for non-criminal activity, we are in serious danger”.
