Watch: Man Attempts to Chain Doors to University of Washington Conservative Event, Gets Arrested

A man was arrested on Monday after attempting to chain the doors to a College Republicans event in a classroom at the University of Washington. The move, which appeared to be an attempt to lock the conservatives inside the classroom, failed, as the speaker’s personal security members and students forced the doors open. The man acted after an Antifa call to action to disrupt the event.

Journalist Andy Ngo: Antifa Supporter Assaulted Me at Gym

Andy Ngo, a journalist based in Portland, Oregon, claims that he was assaulted at a gym on Tuesday after a man recognized him from his coverage of Antifa rallies and accused him of “lying about Antifa on Twitter.” The reporter says that the man poured a liquid over his head and then attempted to take his phone after knocking it out of Ngo’s hand.

The Guardian: ‘Doxxing’ Is ‘Effective’ Tactic Against ‘Far Right’

In an article for the Guardian, Wednesday, writer Jason Wilson claimed that though doxing is a “tactic” that has been “sneered at by some,” it has “proven to be effective” against ideological opponents and in “dismantling the far right.” Ironically, the same write called doxing a “danger facing US journalists” in June.
