PA State Senator Championing Election Integrity Voted for No-Excuse Absentee Voting in the State

Pennsylvania State Sen. Doug Mastriano (R-Franklin), who has recently positioned himself as a leading advocate for the Keystone State’s fight for election integrity, actually voted for the measure, Act 77 (along with his Republican colleagues), which arguably caused many of the issues in the 2020 election, particularly approving no-excuse voting in exchange for the abolishment of straight-ticket voting.
