Sports broadcasting is not exactly a growth industry as much of the country and all the major sports leagues are locked down in an attempt to halt the spread of the coronavirus.

But, just because there aren’t any major American sports in action right now, doesn’t mean sportscasters are sitting idle.

Fox Sports lead play-by-play man Joe Buck has decided to spend the time in quarantine by broadcasting videos sent in by fans, of how they are passing their time in quarantine. The only catch, fans who have their videos announced by Buck are asked to make a donation to a charity of their choice.

To give fan’s a taste, Buck broadcast his own family.

The NFL hasn’t even had the Draft yet and baseball would have just gotten underway this Thursday had the league not suspended the start of its season, so Buck wouldn’t be too busy at this time anyway. However, with dozens of video submissions pouring in he will undoubtedly get a lot of practice and some charities will get much needed assistance.
