New York Nets forward Wilson Chandler was furious after he was interrogated about the coronavirus by the manager of his apartment building.

The incident occurred after several of his teammates had tested positive on Tuesday for the virus and were ordered by team officials to return to their homes and self-quarantine.

But, as news got out, Chandler’s building manager apparently became a bit insistent that the player tell her if he was dangerous to other tenants, according to the New York Post.

The player jumped to Twitter to complain about his encounter.

“Building manager called me saying ‘Oh, I seen Nets players had the virus. We would like to know your status. And if you could possibly stay out of the lobby etc. We can’t afford to lose our staff,'” Chandler tweeted on Wednesday.

He did not leave the story at that.

“Didn’t even ask was I ok, one. And two, she didn’t ask me if I had been tested and if it was negative or positive. Fuck this building man. I’m going home,” Chandler added in a second tweet.

The DePaul University grad also pointed out that many other people of unknown origin had been in and out of the building.

“Has to be 300 + plus ppl in this building coming and going. Plus, Fed Ex and UPs deliveries, Amazon, etc. Fuck that lady, man,” he concluded.
