The Hogue Knives SIG-branded Microflip pocket knife is a compact pocket knife with a 2.75″ Wharncliffe Blade and an ultra-dependable locking system.
The Microflip has a lever on the backside of the blade, allowing the user to use their index finger to literally flip the blade open into a locked position. Once open, the blade can only be closed by pressing the release button.
The locking mechanism has a manual override that ensures the blade cannot be accidentally closed if the release button is unintentionally pressed. This safeguard ensures the blade will not close if the user is in the middle of a job, putting a lot of pressure on the knife.
The Hogue Knives Microflip is a perfect companion for campers, fisherman, and other light task outdoorsmen. The knife has a pocket clip built in, allowing the user to carry it securely in their front pocket, or in the pocket of a backpack or camping bag.
The SIG branding of the Microflip lends itself to applications/environments where Sig tactical products are apropos.
The Hogue Knives SIG-Branded Microflip is $170 and it is a knife you will keep with you wherever you go.
