O.J. Simpson’s former manager, Norman Pardo, is pitching a new documentary in which he claims the NFL great had an accomplice in the 1994 murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.
Pardo, who claims to be Simpson’s long-time friend and employee, has been working on the documentary for four years, according to Page Six.
The producer insists that he has hours of unseen video of Simpson and proof that the 1968 Heisman Trophy winner had an accomplice in the murders.
“For the first time, the most thorough investigation into the murder ever conducted will be shared with America,” Pardo said as he announced his documentary project. “We have assembled a team of internationally renowned criminal investigators, experts, and lawyers.”
“And they believe they can not only prove Simpson was involved in their deaths,” Pardo added, “but for the first time reveal he had at least one accomplice.”
Pardo is not a first-time filmmaker having been behind the Discovery ID crime series An American Murder Mystery as well as the Reelz series National Enquirer Investigates.
Simpson himself made some news recently after some felt he “admitted” to the murders during a segment with TMZ.
In March, TMZ goaded Simpson into speaking hypothetically about the murders, but at some point, during his discussion of the 1994 crime, he slipped from supposition to a first-person discussion of the murders.
At a point in the discussion with TMZ, Simpson said, “I remember I grabbed the knife” before killing Ron Goldman.
Simpson did serve jail time, but not for killing his wife and Goldman. In 2007, the former Buffalo Bills running back was arrested and charged with armed robbery. Sentenced to a 33-year prison term, Simpson was paroled in 2017.
