When Kristin Smith broke up with Tiger Woods last year, the famed golfer had her sign a non-disclosure agreement. But now Smith is claiming the NDA is unenforceable, and she wants to be able to tell her story.

Smith allegedly left Woods after she found him cheating on her, the New York Daily News reported.

Woods made her sign an NDA to prevent her from filling the media with information about their relationship. But, now Smith is insisting that the document is not enforceable.

Another reason lawyers are involved in the case is that Smith, who started dating Woods in 2015, claims that Woods is holding “embarrassing photos” of her and has threatened to release them if she blabs to the press about their failed relationship.

Woods is no stranger to messy relationships. His first marriage self-destructed in 2009, supposedly due to infidelity. Woods divorced first wife Elin Nordegren in 2010. The golfer then entered rehab for sex addiction.
