Police arrested a drunken Philadelphia Eagles fan and charged him with repeatedly punching a police horse, a report says.

Officers arrested 22-year-old Taylor Hendricks after he repeatedly punched a police horse and then attacked the officer atop the animal, TMZ reported.

The incident occurred outside Philly’s Lincoln Financial Field during Saturday’s Eagles vs. Falcons game on January 13. Hendricks had been thrown out of the stadium due to his alleged drunken behavior.

The unruly fan was arrested and charged with “aggravated assault, illegally taunting a police horse, simple assault, and defiant trespass,” TMZ said.

“To come out here and punch a horse, especially when a cop’s on it—crazy,” another Eagles fan told FOX 29 .

“That’s not cool. That is not cool,” another Eagles fan told reporters.

Prosecutors are also reportedly considering adding animal cruelty charges to Hendricks’ list of offenses. He will next face a judge on January 30, Fox 29 said.

Hendricks made bail on Sunday morning and, fortunately, neither officer nor horse was seriously injured. Unsurprisingly, the suspect has also earned himself a ban from the stadium, team officials confirmed.
