Trailblazer Firearms has released the LifeCard collapsible gun that is “no bigger than a credit card when folded.”

The gun is chambered in .22 long rifle and is a single action, single-shot firearm that opens in a manner similar to a Leatherman Multi-Tool.

When folded, it has roughly the same length and width as a credit card. The difference is its thickness, which is half an inch. The gun weighs seven ounces unloaded.

When opened, a trigger is revealed and, once cocked, the gun can be fired.

The handle of the LifeCard has a compartment in it that holds four .22 lr rounds so the gun’s owner can quickly reload to fire again if under duress. The top of the gun has a groove down the middle which serves as a site when the gun is open.

A round is loaded by releasing the barrel and pulling it up, in the manner of a Beretta Tomcat or a Taurus PT .22.

Opening and the closing the LifeCard quickly is quite easy once the owner becomes accustomed to where pressure needs to be applied.

The LifeCard is ultra-concealable and has a MSRP of $399.
