The new head coach of the University of Texas Longhorns is already doing his best to inspire his players. And, if his new color-coded hydration chart is any indication, Coach Tom Herman wants his team to pee like champions.

Herman, who only took over the team last November, recently put up a chart telling players just how much water they should drink during practice and games in order to stay healthy. Naturally, as any good coach is wont to do, Herman couched the results of drinking the right amount in motivational terms.

If players drink the least proper amount of water, Herman’s descriptor for that category insists, “You are a bad guy!!!” (yes, with three exclamation points). That warning is set in white type against a blaring red background.

The next category, in a green color block, tells players they have “blatant disregard for teammates,” and after that is a mere “selfish teammate” set into a gray color block.

But, at the top of the chart, Herman praises players who drink the proper amount of water by informing them they are engaging in “championship hydration levels.”

So, what color do you think Herman chose for the background of that champion level of hydration? You guessed it, a nice golden yellow, and there’s no mystery what that color stands for.

The chart was first reported on Twitter by OrangeBlood.com’s Anwar Richardson.

And in another tweet, Richardson made sure to hint that the color choice was probably no accident.
