During Sunday’s AFC wild-card playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins quarterback was on the receiving end of a brutal hit.
Moore scrambled out to his right on a pass play in the second quarter, and Steelers linebacker Bud Dupree smacked him right after releasing the ball.
Dupree’s hit landed high on the quarterback, drawing a roughing the passer penalty.
Moore laid on the ground and had to be tended to, but missed only one play before coming back in.
Dolphins players took exception to the hit on Moore, with running back Jay Ajayi picking up a 15-yard penalty for shoving Dupree.
