Kane owned the top spot in 2014. He remained at the top despite rape allegations against the star. Erie County Distric Attorney Frank Sedita ended the investigation against him due to lack of evidence in the case “rife with reasonable doubt.” Kane currently leads the league in scoring and scored a point in 26 consecutive games.
