Matthew Stafford’s wife outraged Detroit Lions fans when she attempted to sell tickets on StubHub of her husband’s game against the Saints in New Orleans.

Many interpreted Kelly’s efforts as inappropriate and probably a tad greedy given that Matthew just signed a three year, $53,000,000 contract which included a $27,500,000 signing bonus. Mrs. Stafford’s original guests missed her husband go 22-of-25 for three touchdowns and 254 yards passing in a 35-27 victory in the Superdome.

Kelly showed her resourcefulness and her social-media skills by advertising the tickets on Instagram:

Anyone looking for some great seats at MNF?! Lemme know, I have 5 tickets! They are currently on stubhub. Section 113: row 6 seats 7 and 8 Section 114: row 17 seats 1, 2, and 3

Kelly defended herself saying that she bought the tickets to take her family to the game but her grandfather fell ill so her plans got derailed.

They sold. Thanks y’all. PS- those WERE NOT players tickets.. I bought them off stubhub weeks ago and have now sold them on stubhub.. And didn’t make any kind of “profit” like some have said. Relax people. Thanks.
