Idaho huntress Sabrina Corgatelli is reacting to the politically correct push against hunting by posting photos to Facebook of some of her favorite hunts—including one in which she killed an “amazing old giraffe.”

According to Eyewitness News 3, Corgatelli captioned the photo: “Such a amazing animal!! I couldn’t be any happier!! My emotion after getting him was a feeling I will never forget!”

Corgatelli also posted photos in which she poses with “a kudu, an impala, a wart hog, a wildebeest and a crocodile.”

On Facebook, one person responded by posting, “Evil has a face, and it ain’t pretty.” Another wrote, “Why would you feel happy about shooting such a beautiful animal!”

Another equated Corgatelli with the devil, writing, “Same evil smile—you and Satan from the movie ‘Passion of The Christ’ you need prayer. Animals are God’s creatures! You do not have the right to take their lives!” One poster called Corgatelli a “f**king demon,” while yet another called her an “evil scum bag.”

Corgetelli responded by citing Bible passages drawn from the book of Genesis. She wrote:

Genesis 9:3 says, “Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. And as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything.”

Genesis 27:3 says, “Now then, take your weapons, your quiver and your bow, and go out to the field and hunt game for me.”

The outrage over Corgetelli’s hunting exploits follow an international uproar that greeted Minnesota dentist Walter Palmer, who unknowingly killed a protected lion named Cecil while on a big-game hunt in Zimbabwe.
