In the kind of loving note that a man hopes to get from the woman he loves, Donald Sterling received an Instagram post from his former mistress, V. Stiviano, who posted a picture of herself dressed as an angel sitting on Sterling’s lap and informed the octogenarian: “I will forever be your ANGEL.”
Stiviano, who taped Sterling’s racist comments that led to a national uproar and his loss of control of the Los Angeles Clippers, claimed she was not even Sterling’s girlfriend, but simply an “archivist” after the tapes went public.
Stiviano’s post called Sterling’s wife Shelly “the evil witch of the west,” warning him, ironically, not to let Shelly “suck the living life out of you.” Her tender mercies continued with, “I’m here for you. I’ve always been here for you.” In a reminder of days past, she added, “When things get hard, wear the visor and let your tears of joy flow.”
