The NAACP of Los Angeles will no longer give Clippers owner Donald Sterling a lifetime achievement award next month after a tape surfaced on Saturday of Sterling purportedly making racist comments about black people and telling his girlfriend to never bring black people to his games.
“He is not receiving a lifetime achievement award from the NAACP that’s coming up in the next few weeks,” Lorraine Miller, the interim president of the NAACP, said on Meet the Press.
