On Monday, University of North Carolina coach Roy Williams and Connecticut’s women’s basketball coach Geno Auriemma teamed up to use March Madness to push Obamacare for President Barack Obama.
There was one problem, though. The site they were pushing (whitehouse.gov/acabracket) did not have functioning links to the Obamacare website.
The White House created “The 16 Sweetest Reasons to Get Covered” challenge with 16 GIFs representing various reasons, including free birth control, the White House believes Obamacare would appeal to young people. But all of the links to Healthcare.gov below the GIFs resulted in 404 errors, linking visitors to a page that simply said, “Sorry, the page you’re looking for can’t be found.”
Here’s is the video below of Williams and Auriemma that the White House promoted.
