Miller took the pledge to Twitter announcing, “You can post this wherever… Denver Broncos will win the Super Bowl.”

The linebacker who has accumulated 30 sacks in just two NFL seasons dedicated the pledge to his 6-year-old cousin who came out of a coma that he has been under since being in a car accident that also involved his mother and 8-year-old brother.

This guarantee is significantly more credible than the one issued by Panthers lineman Ryan Kalil last year who took out a newspaper ad proclaiming Carolina would win the Super Bowl.

The 13-3 Broncos were the favorite entering the playoffs behind a resurgent Peyton Manning before losing a heartbreaking 38-35 double overtime game behind eventual champion Baltimore Ravens.
