In this week’s much-anticipated episode of The Milo Yiannopoulos Show, Milo sat down with his personal trainer, Will Magner, to discuss Milo’s workout regime, Will’s move to Los Angeles, and a 16-year-old Alaskan cat who serves as the honorary mayor of Talkeetna, Alaska.
“Milo is a tricky guy to work with. He’ll be sitting on the computer, cranking away articles…he’ll put me in the calendar to try and get me scheduled so that he can get work out at a specific time, and then stuff always pops up. And then he doesn’t want to go work out. He just wants to keep working and working and working,” Will claimed.
Despite Milo’s reluctance to step away from his work to hit the gym, Will said his secret weapon to get Milo up and moving are pre-workout supplements: “Milo loves pre-workouts…it usually goes pretty good when I give him pre-workout.”
Milo expressed his dislike for kale, which Will has forced him to eat for associated health benefits. Will is planning to eliminate carbs from Milo’s diet entirely for the purpose of burning off body fat.
