On Wednesday’s edition of Breitbart News Tonight, Senior Editors-at-Large Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak will take your calls and discuss the news of the day, as President Trump told reporters today that he is willing to give a pathway to U.S. citizenship to nearly 800,000 illegal aliens currently shielded from deportation by President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Breitbart’s John Binder will discuss Trump’s pathway to citizenship comment, as well as the other developments in the DACA amnesty debate, including the Amnesty activists who stormed Capitol Hill on Wednesday to stage a mock funeral in the U.S. Senate rotunda.
Ron Hosko, former assistant director of the Criminal Investigative Division at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), will join the show to discuss a recent Rasmussen poll showing the public’s trust in the FBI plummeting as a 49% plurality want a special prosecutor to investigate the scandal plagued Bureau. He’ll also discuss the latest revelations about FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, including the news that the FBI is missing five months of text messages between the two, a Fox News report claiming that a “glitch” affecting cellphones is responsible for the missing messages, and allegations made by two House Judiciary Committee members that the Strzok-Page texts suggest the existence of a “secret society” within the Justice Department and FBI following the 2016 election.
Jeanne Ives, a Republican member of the Illinois House of Representatives, will discuss her 2018 Illinois gubernatorial campaign.
John Woolfolk, the city news editor at The Mercury News, will discuss his recent article on whether a drought crisis like the one confronting Cape Town, South Africa, could happen in California.
Pollak and Mansour will also discuss President Trump’s announcement of his $1.7 billion infrastructure investment plan.
