“The People’s Convoy” has arrived in Hagerstown, Maryland.

The trucker convoy, which departed from Adelanto, California, last month, is making its way toward Washington, DC, to protest federal coronavirus mandates and demand an end to President Joe Biden’s emergency declaration.

On Friday evening, the eve of their drive into the D.C. beltway area, organizers are holding a rally.
