President Donald Trump will participate in a roundtable on the FIRST STEP Act, legislation that will overhaul the criminal justice system, reducing penalties for non-violent drug offenders.
The bill will also help prisoners prepare to join the workforce after serving time in jail for their crimes.
The president is hosting the event in Biloxi, Mississippi while hosting two other campaign rallies in the state for Cindy Hyde-Smith on Monday.
