President Donald Trump continued his challenge of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday.

“Justice Roberts can say what he wants, but the 9th Circuit is a complete & total disaster,” Trump wrote on Twitter, describing the court as “out of control.”

The chief justice of the Supreme Court responded to Trump’s criticism of the court, insisting that there was an “independent judiciary” throughout the country.

But Trump noted that 79 percent of the cases that passed through the Supreme Court were overturned, signaling frustration with their continued attempts to overrule his authorities on national security.

“Judges must not Legislate Security and Safety at the Border, or anywhere else,” Trump wrote. “They know nothing about it and are making our Country unsafe.”

A San Francisco judge blocked Trump’s order to restrict asylum entry for migrants crossing illegally on the southern border into the United States. The case will likely end up on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

“Our great Law Enforcement professionals MUST BE ALLOWED TO DO THEIR JOB!” Trump wrote. “If not there will be only bedlam, chaos, injury and death. We want the Constitution as written!”
