Police in Indianapolis, Indiana, are trying to identify a woman who they say was seen trying steal from a hardware store and who threw her feces at a security guard as she made her escape.
Officers responded to a call from a Menards hardware store where a loss prevention officer said he saw a woman trying to remove a camera from its packaging in the store, according to the Associated Press.
The store official said when he tried to stop the woman to question her she reached down into her pants, pulled out a handful of her feces, and then threw at him.
According to a police report, the loss prevention officer said the woman “reached behind her and dug into her pants and pulled out a handful of feces and threw it at him, striking him on his chest.”
She then ran out the door and got away.
Police took possession of the store surveillance of the incident and are now trying to identify the woman.
