CLEVELAND, OH – Using his signature brand of humor, legendary standup comic Jackie Mason skewered FBI Director James Comey for the agency’s recent decision to recommend that the Justice Department not file charges in the case of Hillary Clinton’s email.
Mason also mocked the claim that Clinton did not show criminal intent when she set up her private email server.
Mason delivered his punchlines during his regular segment on this reporter’s talk radio program, “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio,” broadcast on New York’s AM 970 The Answer and NewsTalk 990 AM in Philadelphia.

Here is a transcript of Mason’s hilarious take. Regarding Comey’s final recommendation against bringing charges, Mason stated:
I can’t believe that that is actually what happened. Because what you say is so true. Everybody kept claiming, everybody kept predicting that he is such a totally honest man who is beholden to nobody and can’t be pushed around by any president because he’s totally independent and he is going to say exactly what happened. And sure enough he did say exactly what happened. Except for the fact that after he told you exactly what happened and why she is guilty for 30 different reasons that therefore she is not guilty.
Every place else you are innocent until proven guilty. But in this case it’s just the opposite. After she’s proven guilty, she’s innocent. She’s innocent because she’s proven guilty. I never heard of this in my life. But this is what he accomplished.
Mason continued by mocking the issue of Clinton’s intent and jesting about Comey’s own statements about Clinton’s wrongdoing.
The headlining comic concluded that if Clinton didn’t know she was violating rules when she set up her email server and sent secretive government information “then she probably doesn’t know where she is. And she doesn’t even know she is alive.”
“This kind of a person belongs in a sanitarium not in the White House,” he jested.
Stated Mason:
They kept saying to him, the congressman while he was under oath. This is what she claims happened. Was that true? He said no it’s not true. But how about this? She also claimed this; was that true? He said no that was not true either. Then he named about another 30 things all of which were not true so the congressman said to him in that case she was lying. He said ‘I didn’t she was lying, I just said that it’s not true.’
‘Every time something is not true it’s not necessarily a lie.’ But if it’s not a lie then what was it? It was not true. That means she was lying. It could mean but it doesn’t necessarily mean, it might have meant that she was lying without even realizing that she was lying. Because sometimes you could lie without knowing that you are lying.
If she didn’t know she was lying and she is lying even if she doesn’t know it the fact of the matter is you are guilty whether you knew it or not. If a person crosses a red light whether they intended to cross the red light or not the fact is they are found guilty for crossing a red light.
Now she hasn’t crossed one red light. She crossed dozens of red lights one after the other for 3 or 4 years and then for another two years after that.
She has been committing these kinds of crimes every day. Crossing red lights for seven years. And at the end of it, whether she intended or not is it possible to make the same mistake for seven years without intending to? If you could cross red lights for seven years without intending to then she must be insane. Then she probably doesn’t know where she is. And she doesn’t even know she is alive. If she doesn’t know she is driving and she doesn’t know what she is doing, then should this be the next president of the United States? This kind of a person belongs in a sanitarium not in the White House.
