Likely Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign jumped on newly released evidence in the Trump University case against presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump.

On Wednesday, Clinton posted on Twitter, “Trump University’s own employees described it as a ‘scam.'”

Clinton also retweeted 2012 GOP nominee Mitt Romney, who criticized the billionaire on Trump University.

Fox News reports Clinton’s campaign press secretary also said their campaign will continue to argue that Trump is a con man and Trump University supports that allegation.

Clinton’s attack comes after the judge in one of the cases held that Trump’s sales playbook should be unsealed on Tuesday.

The Trump University “playbooks” reportedly give employees instructions on how to recruit and reel in clients, suggesting particular words that should be used in order to sell classes at Trump University.

Trump campaign spokesperson Hope Hicks responded to the release in a statement, according to Fox News, saying, “Much of the unsealed evidence, including declarations and surveys from former Trump University students, demonstrates the high level of satisfaction from students and that Trump University taught valuable real estate information.”

There are two lawsuits against Trump University, one in San Diego and one in New York.

The lawsuits allege that Trump University swindled students and did not fulfill promises. The Plaintiffs argue the Trump University seminars continuously pressured customers to purchase more, but didn’t deliver, according to the Associated Press.

Trump and his attorneys argue many customers were satisfied with their experience and have delivered testimony from satisfied customers.

“Much of the unsealed evidence, including declarations and surveys from former Trump University students, demonstrates the high level of satisfaction from students and that Trump University taught valuable real estate information,” The Trump Organization’s assistant general counsel Jill Martin stated. “Trump University looks forward to using this evidence, along with much more, to win when the case is brought before a jury.”

The case in San Diego, which is six years old, is expected to go to trial after the general election in November.

Trump blasted U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who unsealed the documents, calling the judge a “hater of Donald Trump.”

“The judge, who happens to be, we believe, Mexican, which is great, I think that’s fine,” Trump added about Curiel.
