Senior political adviser to presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump Barry Bennett plans to meet with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and conservative leaders at company headquarters.
The meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, is in response to reports and allegations that Facebook downplayed pro-conservative news stories as part of company bias.
Bennett, who previously ran Dr. Ben Carson’s campaign, will be joined by a fellow conservative, the Heritage Foundation’s Jim DeMint.
CNN reports, “Other attendees for the meeting include: The Blaze’s Glenn Beck, Fox’s Dana Perino, Arthur Brooks of the American Enterprise Institute, CNN conservative commentator S.E. Cupp, and Zac Moffatt, co-founder of tech firm Targeted Victory. Moffatt was previously Mitt Romney’s digital director.”
